Lily Ceremony
An early morning Saturday or Sunday afternoon wedding designed for 80 (or less) guests. You will be able to choose from a variety of cakes, centerpieces and linen colors.
Package Includes:
• Total use of 2 acres of beautiful gardens from 9 am to 2 pm on day of the wedding.
(October Hours 8:30 am to 1:30 pm) A total of 5 hours.
• Use of Reception Hall, Bride and Groom Suites, 2 baths, full kitchen for caterer.
• Wedding Cake - Design your cake and pick flavors.

• Harpist for Ceremony Music (Harpist available for reception $250.00)
• Linens for 16 tables (Additional linens $15.00 each) Choice of 34 Beautiful Colors
• Centerpieces (arrangements for 10 guest tables) Your choice of vase and fresh-cut flowers (see our Blackhaven Wedding Gardens Centerpiece Gallery)
• Professional director for your rehearsal and entire day of your wedding.
• Coordinator and staff for day of your wedding and planning session.
• Rehearsal Session (1 hour ) on day prior to wedding if available.
• Time for Bridal Portrait Session, Mon. - Thurs. (book ahead)
• List of caterers to choose from.
• All tables and wedding white chairs furnished. (Bistro Tables extra.)
• Set-up, break-down and clean-up by Blackhaven Staff
• Sweetheart table provided for couple's private, first meal.
• Many rental items available thru Blackhaven.

Deposit: 1/3 Down (Non-Refundable), Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Wedding
$500 Security Deposit Required.
Photographer, Bridal Party Flowers, Caterer and Clergy (Officiant) are Not included.
• Choice of Insured and Licensed Caterers available through Blackhaven. Caterers must be approved by Blackhaven.
• Blackhaven staff provides post-event clean-up so you and your family can fully enjoy your ceremony; however, all personal belongings must be removed by 2:00 pm on the day of your wedding. Please see policies page for information on alcohol. Because of plants and safety reasons children cannot be unattended and cannot play in the garden.
