Alcohol Policy for Wedding Receptions
Blackhaven Wedding Garden allows controlled service of Beer, Wine or Champagne. You must hire an ABC Licensed Bartender for alcohol service. No hard liquor is allowed under any circumstances. It is the responsibility of the Host Family (Event Renter) to keep all guests under control and to cease service to any guest who appears to have had too much to drink.

Younger Guests
Children are always welcome at Blackhaven but we request that for safety reasons and the fact that the garden is a tender growing place with rare plants, statues and shrubs that parents do not leave children unattended. Parents and/or Host Family will be responsible for all damages.

Set Up & Clean Up
Set-up and clean-up is provided by Blackhaven Staff. If you choose to add to the provided decorations, then set up of the extra decorations must occur during the time allowed in your wedding package. Eveything is set-up and cleaned-up by Blackhaven to help make your day stress free. Early set-up or late clean-up is not allowed.
